[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife set is great. Knifes were sharp time of opening packaging. I washed and dried them to prevent rust possibilities as recommended. The self sharping edges help maintain the blades

I had my old knife for the past 10 years, and now, I'm just happy that I have a great knife to work with.
I washed it, wiped, and air-dried it before I put it back in the block.

Absolutely Stunning Set of Knives

Just for kicks and giggles and to see how sharp they are, I got a carrot and cut it in little using the chef’s knife with zero effort. Hands down, the best set of knives I’ve ever owned.
