How did I live without these in my kitchen

These are amazing sharp, attractive presentation. I didn’t think I wanted a knife block on my counter but these are a classy addition to my lovely kitchen.

I dinged them 1 star just because all knives do not sit flush block as shown in the picture.

Never think about your knives again!

Well, think about them when you are going to cook. But only then, because this set comes with a knife block that maintains your edges for you. No worrying if the knives are sharp, or what you need to do to keep them that way. Use them, replace them, use them, replace them. Boom. You're done!
And this set has just about every knife you will ever need. Prep knives and beautiful steak knives. You are set.
For the record, I never thought I would be a fan of an all metal knife. But like many things these days, I'm an old dog learning new tricks. This knife - this entire line - rocks! And it looks good too!
These are fully forged knives - a sign of top quality. They are made with one of Zwilling's proprietary steels - so they won't stain, they will stay sharp. And they are designed for comfort with optimal sized grips for most people. They are also lighter than most knives. So if weight is an issue for you, you will like these knives.

Beautiful Knives!

When I opened the box to these knives, I noticed how much nicer they looked and felt. I love the block is labeled so I know where to put each knife.
