Great quality, very sharp, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and feel of this knife set, the knives are well made and VERY sharp, however, the paring and serrated utility knife slots in the block are FAR too tall, allowing those two knives to tilt downward, not seating firmly in the block, and appearing out of line from the other knives in that row.

A must have in the kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing more dangerous than a dull knife in the kitchen. I learned that early on so when we saw this self-sharpening set it was a no brained to replace our knives with them. Excellent quality and beautiful! Would highly recommend.

The shipping was quick and it was well packaged. I’m so happy with my purchase because it has taken my cooking to a new level. The knives are beautiful and perform perfectly. These are them.
I love the sharpening tool in the block.
They look beautiful on the counter and they are incredible to use.
I wanted a good, forged steel set.
I wish Henckels made Damascus knives but these definitely do the trick. Damascus would have just been cooler.
The steak knives are such a bonus buy.
