These are amazing. They feel good in my hand. They make this lovely slicing noise when used. Also, they are so sharp that even when drying them off, you can hear the “slicing” sound of the metal… Reflecting refinement and sharpness, along with great strength. I am super impressed. Did I forget to measure how well they cut? The cutting is breathtaking. I was left in awe when I cut through a grapefruit with no effort at all. The knife literally did all the work… I had no idea this is what knives were supposed to be like.

Great knives and block. The only very small annoyance is that there is a little play in the block slots, particularly for the pairing knife and serrated utility knives.
