Nice set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been able to use the knife set just yet. However, upon opening the package and placing the knives in their slots, the pear knife and serrated utility knives sit awkwardly. I'm assuming they aren't long enough to sit straight as the others. Otherwise, nice looking set.

We typically manufacture specific blocks for each series of our knives; however, our self-sharpening blocks are universal and therefore the knives don't have the same type of tight fit. Additionally, that added space allows for the sharpening to take place as knives are placed and removed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are amazing!! This is my first “real” set and I landed on these to take the leap!!! Ohhh my these are amazing!!! I was hand washing them and not paying attention, shredded the cleaning pad on accident! So sharp! The built in sharpeners are awesome! I have always hated that part and now it happens for me every time I get one out. Magic!!! Love these things, they are built like a tank and made from German steel super high quality. Bought these because others said they had sets for decades and still going strong, now I see why. No regrets here , don’t hesitate!
