Nice looking mid quality knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set to replace our 10 year old Chicago Cutlery set and wanted to upgrade just a bit while not breaking the bank. The knives have a nice weight to them and I like the self sharpening block. I’ve only tested them briefly on an Apple and well, they cut! My only dislike is that I wish there were a couple more steak knives and that the slots for the steak knives had a protective sheath instead of sliding the knives straight into wood openings. Also, and this is really a minor issue but wanted to mention it, the little logo on the front of the block is a little crooked. Again not a deal breaker but my not so official OCD notices it every time I look at it. Time will tell how the knives actually hold up.

Great Knife set!

Outstanding quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are exceptionally high quality knives. They cut well and have a solid weight to them. The block is very attractive in the kitchen as well. I wish they were good for the dishwasher but other than that they are awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old set for 20 years and am passing it on to my daughter. I wanted to try the self sharpening feature and save counter space as I also had to keep a separate spot for steak knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice set. Allot bigger block than I was expecting as my old set was tiny compared to this one. This block is very deep and doesn’t tuck neatly under cabinets as my old set did. Love the forged knives. Feel good in the hand. So far they seem good, but I just got them for Christmas so they haven’t gotten much use yet.
