Great Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the weight and feel of the knives. This set is an upgrade to our old Cuisinart set that we have had for over 8 years. It was time for a new set and i have high hopes for this set even though it's only been a few days.

I've grown up cooking on a budget and got used to using dull knives. First meal prepping with this set and I could not stop asking myself why I had suffered so long without a great set of knives!

Great Knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are sharp, ergonomically designed and weighted. They are in fact the best knives we’ve ever had in our kitchen. I only gave it 4 stars because the insertion of knives into sharpening slots were ambiguous. One directive said to put knife in slot by running the spine of knife into top of slot. Ok. By this you avoid engaging the sharpening stones when replacing knife into the block. However another directive indicated you sharpen the knives when you put oit back in the slot. Well, which is it? Other than that love the knives.
