[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first real knife set purchase, and so far it is great. The knives look good and feel even better. It is nice to actually slice through produce without much effort and cleanly cut tomatoes without squishing them in the process.

Nice set of general use knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the self sharpening feature as relieves the need to hone and sharpening the knives almost disappear! The wood block looks nice and knives have a decent balance to them.

Always Sharp

The knives are still sharp and it helps that I can always sharpen it when I take out the knives from the block. The built in self-sharpening tool definitely helps it. Always washed it with mild soap so it does not rust.

Long time coming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This borders on the embarrassing, but we had been using the same knife block (and some of the same knives) we had received as a wedding present 37 years ago! It was well past time for a replacement. We had been gifted Zwilling steak knives last year, and knew we wanted to stick with the brand. I spent quite a bit of time searching for just the right deal, and hit the purchase button quickly when I found this set. It is amazingly high quality, and yes, the knives are very sharp! We’re super happy with the purchase, and should not have waited so long.
