These are amazing knives by themselves. The self sharpening is just a huge plus

Self-sharpening = unbeatable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great on the counter, but most importantly - the function is 10/10. The knives are perfectly sharp and the self-sharpening function is unbeatable. Highly recommend even just for the self-sharpening, the rest (aesthetic, lightweight handle, nice and thick steel spine, etc) is just bonus! Also, nice that you can was in the dishwasher. I have been handwashing, but I imagine following my next dinner party it might just be worth it to toss it all in the dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for a good price on these amazing knives--though I know they are worth their original price, I could never afford them. I'm so happy to have this professional set in my home! I'm a good home chef, if I do say so myself, and this has really upped my game in the kitchen. Those of you with large families know that if you are a good cook, people expect it of you each meal. These have helped so much to raise the bar by boosting my skills and speed in the kitchen. Sharp and durable! They do take extra care, but so worth it. Love the self-sharpening!!

Very nice set of knives
