[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace my 5 year old knives. I broke my previous chef knife cutting a pumpkin. I’m hoping these last longer than 5 years.

Gorgeous addition to my Kitchen

The blade is as sharp as can be and makes light work of what ever you're cutting. I love the fact that I don't have to have them sharpen. I am truly happy with the purchase.
