These little cherry prep bowls are great for keeping prepared ingredients off the cutting board but ready whenever you need them. The interior ceramic never stains and these durable bowls are so easy to keep clean. They can even be used to hold small, fresh produce in the fridge or for serving on the table.

A great ice cream bowl for two!!! It is also perfect for baking purposes, desserts, and candy bowls! Excellent combo bowls for salt and pepper for easy and fast access when cooking as well as mini mixing bowls, this is why it is a prep bowls..!!! The elegance and functionality of Staub ceramics goes from freezer to oven to your table setting. Microwave safe, oven safe and can also be freeze.

Cooking should be fun and bright and colorful! That's what I love about these Staub prep bowls! They are beautiful and shiny just like my cast iron pieces. They're very durable and dishwasher safe. They can even go in the oven. Great for prepping meals but also nice for small sides or ice cream.

Mise en place is a French cooking term that literally translates to ‘put in place’. The purpose of mise en place is to allow the chef to cook in the most efficient way without having to stop and these bowls are perfect for the task. I love the depth of the bowls, they hold chunky to smooth ingredients. They are freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
