I love these knives and scissors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first set of real quality knives. They are worth every penny! They are super sharp, and easy to keep sharp. Slices right through ripe tomato skin. I like the heft of them too, and that wonderful Zing of quality. They are dishwasher safe, but somehow, I dot think they will be cleaned in the DW. I am a good cook and these honor my work.
