Great Starter Set

The 8" chef knife is the go-to knife for many chefs and home cooks. Its curved, long blade is ideal for chopping fruits and vegetables, and can also slice nicely through a roast. The parer is for any "in-hand" tasks such as peeling an apple. And the serrated utility is designed to handle anything hard on the outside and soft on the inside, such as a tomato, orange, or slicing a package of sausage.
This knife is a similar quality to the knives made in Germany, at a fraction of the cost. It's forged from high carbon, German steel which guarantees incredible edge retention. The fine edge blades are sharpened to an edge angle that closely matches Asian knives making them incredibly sharp. The three rivet handle has the perfect weight and balance, plus it is extremely durable.

The Classic knife is well, Classic and this starter set is a perfect way to start a collection or outfit a second home or RV. Precision was developed to improve on a classic styling without losing any of the quality or spirit of the original. Handles and edges are refined and rounded for more comfort in the hand and an improved overall performance.
Made from high quality German steel these knives are well balanced with a classic 3 rivet handle, full bolster, full tang, acute edge angle with a beautiful satin finish. Whether you are a home cook or a professional this is a great knife to have in your kitchen.

This set is made in Spain. It has the top three knives every kitchen needs - an 8" chef’s knife, a serrated blade and a paring knife. Exceptionally durable and sharp, knives will last a lifetime.

I really like the Classic Precision collection, this a knife set you want to grab and use in your kitchen. The silky smooth texture of the handle contours really well into the palm of your hand, giving you a comfortable grip while you use this set. You get the essential blades with this set, a great way to build a knife collection. A great forged knife set that is made out of high carbon stainless steel, these are knives you’ll use on a regular basis.

The classic percision line is a traditional western style blade that is a little thinner and lighter than a conventional German- Western blade. These are super sharp, durable and well balanced knives. All you will need to get started.. The full bolster allows for a perfect spot for your grip and adds balance to the blade.
The classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold.

This three piece starter set really sets you up with the essentials in the kitchen. The paring knife is great for smaller, more detailed prep while the serrated utility can be used for any foods with tough exteriors and soft interiors. The chef's knife is the workhorse in the kitchen and is one of the most versatile blades too. No matter which knife you use, the handles are comfortable to grip and the blades are durable, stay super sharp and don't stain.
