A Heart Lover's Love of Family

My best friend has a family tradition. For any special occasion, a birthday, a promotion, an accomplishment, her mother would serve that child's favorite food in a special dish. My friend loves hearts - so this pot was a no brainer gift a few years ago. Now she has evolved the tradition to include using this pot to celebrate someone. It's usually mac & cheese (one of her specialties) that ends up in this pot, but she tells me, she has made many things in it - chicken soup when someone is under the weather, apple crisps for one child. It's an easy way to say your special and loved.

This is an heirloom piece and that I have added to my collection and also gave as a gift to my daughter. It makes the sweetest Valentines gift for you sweetheart or all of your galentines. You can take this from the oven to the table for a stunning presentation. I leave mine out on my open shelving so that I can admire it often

What a great piece to have for Valentine’s Day. Not only is it adorable, but it’s a great serving individual dishes for desserts, side dishes, even as a bowl for candy hearts. Love the look of this piece and the construction of it is fantastic.

We use this piece not only the week leading up to Valentine's Day, but also our anniversary and birthday weeks. I also like to bring it out and use it to celebrate something special a family member has accomplished. When my kids see me using it, they always know it's for a special reason.

I had to have this pot. It is so cute and was perfect for my Valentines day chocolate souffle. This pot heats up quickly, cooks evenly and keeps things hot after removal from the oven. Just as practical and useful as a small cocotte but much cuter.

It has the same amazing Staub quality and features as my cast iron ductch ovens. It heats evenly, has a beautiful, pottery-like finish all packaged in this perfect little heart. I loved using it for a molten chocolate cake for me and my husband, but it would also be perfect for side dishes or a casserole for 1-2. It's too cute to put away after Valentine's Day; I will probably leave it on my counter with candy.
