Perfect little saucepan

Such a cute saucepan, perfect for sauces, chocolate ganache, melted cheese, or as an individual serving dish. Since it’s enameled cast iron, you don’t have to worry about seasoning it. Just like the bigger cocottes, the lid on this mini saucepan has the self-basting dimples to help keep your food or sauces inside the saucepan from drying out. A great piece that can go from stovetop to oven to table to fridge/freezer. A perfect addition for any table setting.

If you do not have a fondue pot, this is an excellent substitute.
It’s great for melting cheese, chocolate, caramel and butter.
This is the mini I use for lobster and crab cocktail. As you would expect, it will hear quickly and evenly and stay hot longer.
The long handle is a bonus.

I am excited to see this and will be a great substitute for my fondue set. I've been asked if our fondue set cocotte will ever comes with the handle set. It's good to know that this is available online and will be spreading words about it.
Staub cocotte comes in variety of colors, they are all beautiful! This mini cocotte is perfect single serve dish, ideal for making single servings of hearty soups or savory stews, desserts, bread, grains and decorative in your kitchen when not in used.
Its smooth glass enamel exterior is easy clean and perfect for use in the oven, compatible to all stove top including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen or outdoors over a campfire.
This cocotte's tight-fitting lid with a cool-touch stainless steel is interchangeable knob handle, an excellent heat distribution and retention. A nice little sauce pot. perfect for keeping BBQ sauce or other cooking sauces safe on the grill or stovetop. The Cast iron will heat and keep the temperature longer than stainless steel and will no react with acidic foods.

Everyone Needs This Little Pan

So beyond being the most adorable little pan ever, I ordered it to heat sauces up. The interior is coated with Staub's famous black matte finish which has exceptional heating capability. Once heated this pan stays hot / warm for hours.

Get cute with your baking, serving and presentation or simply with your kitchen decor. As small as this matte black saucepan is, it sure can be used in many ways. The cast iron will perfect bake individual servings of mac and cheese and offers an easy and stylish way to present and serve at the table. Easy to clean and the perfect weight.

Staub saucepan for single serving or melting butter, cheese, chocolate, etc. Heat retention will keep contents warm for serving gravies, hollandaise, caramel, and creme anglaise.
