Love how hot this gets, perfect for a nice sear on steak, can't wait to use it for sweet baking! Love the fact its enamelled and can soak if needed to loosen anything stuck, although that has been minimal. Have a Lodge fry pan and it takes alot more care to maintain than this one! Will be using this for years to come! Buy this first and you won't be disappointed!

This fry pan is a must have! Though the cast iron makes it heavy, the enameled coating is ideal for browning and searing...just what you want in a fry pan! Fry up tortillas, brown some chicken or bake a homemade pizza in this gorgeous and classic dark blue color.

I love using this pan for one pot meals . It heats up fast and evenly, plus holds the heat really well. I have made numerous chicken, steak and potato recipes in this pan!! Love it.
The pouring spout is a great addition.

The Bigger the Pan the Better

This is a heavy duty fry pan. Don't think it just limited to pan frying. I use it to bake different breads too - cornbread, soda bread and of course dutch baby pancakes. Even if your burner is small the heat will spread to all parts of the pan for even cooking - it's magic.

Skillet that has doubt handle and spout!

Staub cast iron is gorgeous to add in your pots collections. Skillets with double handle stands out for having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. That spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place.

Try Cast Iron instead of Non Stick

I have this in the 10" size and I absolutely love using it for just about everything. Not only does it brown everything nicely it also cleans up so easily it almost feels like nonstick because of the matte black interior. Cast Iron insures even heat distribution and never warps.

I love to use this frypan for chicken breasts, dredge in seasoned flour, skin side down with some butter in the pan. Fry until it sizzles, then move to the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the breasts over and let them rest on the rib bones, bake another 30 minutes. The drippings then make an amazing pan gravy. Whenever the kids see this pan they always ask for the baked chicken in a pan!

Great, Solid Frypan

Large enough for 3 to 4 steaks. Sturdy. Enameled interior aids greatly in cleaning. Even heat distribution...even on smaller burner. The deep blue enameled exterior adds to the beauty. Dual spouts don't drip when pouring
