Great sized grill pan. Best grill marks, better than a barbeque. Staub is perfect for indoor grilling. No seasoning required, and cast iron heats evenly, and maintains heat.
We use this pan several times a week, for chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetables. Easy clean up. Learned to place oil on the food, not on the pan. This method prevents sticking and keeps spaces between the grids mess free.
Also oven safe, so I often start thick pieces of meat on the cooktop, and finish cooking in the oven, just like the restaurants. Great for spatchcock chicken too.

This classic matte black grill pan is perfect for indoor and outdoor cooking. No matter what you cook on it, the tall grill grates will achieve that desired mark and texture. Though a little more tedious to clean, it is worth it to grease this guy up because it is naturally seasoning the cast iron every time you use it.

Grill 4 burgers or chicken breasts. Grill veggies or fruit. Whatever you choose, get beautiful grill marks, thanks to the black enamel. It is a little on the heavy side, but the small helper handle helps even out the weight.

This Staub 12" grill pan steady, even heat distribution is impressive. Perfect for a home cooking grilled steak and salmon, it'll be the most moist, tender and perfectly cooked food. Added side vegetables and herbs! A cast iron perfect for day-to-day use and be passed from generation to generation. Double handle makes it easier to maneuver. Requires no seasoning and dishwasher safe.

Good for cooking burgers, vegetable and boneless chicken breasts on. The fat rests on the bottom, so food doesn't stay greasy. Great quality made by Staub in France.

I love using a grill pan for stovetop burgers , chops and steaks. The staub Cast iron grill pan has always been my go to... I know that it used to have spouts on the side and now they are gone, that is a terrific improvement in my mind because storing the one with the spouts was always the issue. Issue gone!

One Professional Grill Pan!

Solid as a rock. Can handle any surface...any heat. Distinct grill lines and super-consistent heat. The enameled surface makes clean-up a whole lot easier. Pouring spouts are nearly drip-proof.

I am very happy with this grill. The enamel coating means no seasoning and a much easier cleaning process than traditional cast iron grills. The iron heats very evenly and holds the temperature ensuring even cooking and great markings. The deep channels between the ridges allow fat to flow away from my food and not sit in it.
