The Classic knives are made from German Steel and forged from one piece of metal.
Durability is their middle name. The group on knives in this block will do every job in the kitchen, no need to buy any more knives. Great value.

This knife set is classic for more reasons than just the name. It is the benchmark for a great forged knife made from special formula German steel. It will resist chipping, cracking and corroding all while retaining a razor sharp edge use after use. With regular use and honing you only need to sharpen these once per year. The block has a nice slim profile for your kitchen counter and includes a handy pair of shears.

This 7pc block set has all of the essential blades you need with a few empty slots to fill in at your leisure. This compact block also features a honing to steel to maintain the edge and angle of each of your knives.
