Great QUALITY, nice finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set as a gift from my employer. I Didn't think I actually needed new knives (except I did need new steak knives) but when I unboxed them I was blown away at the quality of the handles and the nice finish on the blades.
I had owned an inexpensive set, by Wolfgang Puck, that has held up well but they never held a good edge for long. Not so with these, only needing an occasional honing probably due to a better quality steel.
Even though I didn't originally pay for these you really "Get what you pay for".
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thicker handles feel perfect in my hand. The weight makes you feel like your in a 5 star kitchen! I would like to have had the shears in this set but there's absolutely nothing to complain about! Everyone should have these knives!
