Great Gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set replaces my old out dated knifes that are not matching and the wrong type to cut food. This is a great gift that keeps on giving. My son is liking my set for his house some day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past I used this brand in the restaurant business. I gave them as a gift to another chef who was just starting out. That was 30 years ago and he still has them. When I saw this set I decided it was time for another set.

Finally feel like a chef

I now realize how hard I had been working to make my old knives work. These knives are balanced, comfortable, easy to control and make cooking effortless.
