[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of these knives tells you right away that they are well-made. For me, this helps me remember that that are sharp which is important as they replaced a rather dull set. I love that you get the the kind that you use every day - even a few airing knife. And, they even look attractive in their woodblock, sitting on our counter.

Smooth cut!
