I even went to a restaurant supply store to actually see feel the weight. Taking all into consideration my great choice was JA Henckels international. Love my set. Thank you JAH.

So sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meal prep may never be the same. Knives SO sharp. Admit that I cut myself upon unpacking and putting in the block. Weird to say that the knife was so sharp, made such a clean cut that I barely bled, yikes!
