But it wasn’t until I actually handled the knives while preparing a meal that I truly appreciated the craftsmanship and hand feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are absolutely amazing. I've used a lot of top tier knives and these are right up there with the best ones I've ever used. Extremely sharp, good quality steel, comfortable handle and they have a heavy solid feel to them. I hope they have a sharpening program like cutco does.
