The ceramic nonstick is like a slip-in-slide covered in KY jelly, you can even dry dog it and leave out the EVOL if you’re in a pinch or just feeling a little frisky. Five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade from previous zwilling ceramic pots. Has a glass strainer lid with vent and nicer ceramic coating. Beautiful stainless exterior. Steamer insert also available.

High quality soup pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I received the pot, you can feel the stainless steel. It seems to be a pot could last for a long time. I use it to cook congee, the bottom never burn. If you plan ahead to cook something, the remaining heat trapped pretty well for braised or to keep your food warm. However, you may need to be patience if you want to use it as a pasta pot, it takes me over 40 mins to bring the water to bubble (I use medium low heat). Overall, it is a very high quality pot, especially the material.
