Great set!

I did some research on different ceramic frying pans and came across the set. I am very happy after using them daily for two months. With a little bit of oil they do not have any problem with food sticking. They also are easy to clean and stubborn food will come off when it sits in warm soapy water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My new favorite nonstick pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the hunt for a high quality set of nonstick pans that are induction compatible and oven safe to 400 (for making frittatas!). Finally found these and gave them a shot. So far so good, I wish the 12” would come back in stock to complete my set. I also have the 9.5 pan with lid. I also wish we could buy a lid of these two pans.

The nonstick surficial coating on these two pans was inconsistent. I have a larger sauce pan that has been great, so that's why I purchased this set. The larger fry pan has been fine so far, but the smaller pan is only marginally nonstick. I find my myself scraping eggs and just about anything else I cook in it. Maybe I received a pan of poor quality, but I can't recommend purchasing this set.

Broken eggs broken heart

Every morning I would wake up excited for the day, and then I would make breakfast! But then, I would use this pan for my eggs. And I would fry an egg, and the egg would stick and the yolk would break, and so would my heart. I tried to love this pan, I tried oil, I tried butter, but it still broke my yolks every day. I had to say good bye. Into the donation bin it went. Honestly I was surprised given that I have Zwilling knives that I love so much.
Anyways, I ended up purchasing a Made by Design frying pan which was a fraction of the cost and not one broken yolk. I am in love again. Happy days are here again!

Great Effortless Cooking!
