Nice pan set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zwilling Clad CFX are the best new pans I’ve purchased in many years. They have a nice weight to them and a beautiful ceramic nonstick coating. In order to keep the non-stick properties optimal, I use the pans on low to medium heat and according to the care instructions on the packaging materials.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pans to use during the pandemic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pans to use during the pandemic. We use this set for a few months and then the nonstick surface started to deteriorate. We sent it back for warranty and just received our new pans.

Sticky Non-Stick

While these are beautiful, well constructed, and well balanced, they are a mess to cook with. Things like scrambled eggs coat the pan just as if it was simply stainless steel. Using any heat above medium, causes whatever you are cooking in them to stick. Look pretty but would not suggest if you are a serious cook.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
