These are absolutely the best pans/skillets I've ever owned. They're extremely high quality, beautiful, and most of all, a breeze to clean! I'm very impressed with the workmanship and feel certain they will last for the rest of my lifetime. I'm very health-conscious, and researched non-stick skillets for months before choosing the new CLAD CFX Zwilling pans.

Disappointed about the decision to change (and shorten) the handles from the much-improved changes they had made years ago. I'd love to know the thinking behind it. Always liked these pans though, this might be our last set.

Love the ceramic nonstick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several nonstick pans over the years and these are by far my favorite. They cook evenly, have to use a little fat, and clean up is a breeze! I loved these so much I bought the 12” and the 9.5” with lid.
