Solid heavy pans. Eggs stick to pan bottom without excessively amounts of oil/butter. After removing fried eggs have to scrape bottom of pan to remove remaining egg.

These pans are heavy and perform beautifully. Scrambled eggs come right off. Handle stays cool, sides are sloped nicely it is easy to slide your omelet out. The ceramic coating is tough, you can use any type of utensil. I have an induction cook top and it works perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. No harmful chemicals were used in the making of these pans, so you don't have to worry.

Stick and got bad yellow stain on the pan. Replace the product twice thanks to ZW amazing service team. Do not recommmend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These skillets are a dream. The fully metal handle allows them to go in the oven easily. The surface could not be smoother. Cooked food slides right onto the plate. Cleanup is a breeze.
