Super cooking pot! Love the teal!

Staub cast iron colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table, this teal is my favorite. There's variety of colors to choose from, and caters individual color taste. Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious food straight to your table. I also bought a staub magnetic trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add another beautiful thing at the dinner parties. The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results. Its durability is perfect for day-to-day use.

Another amazing Staub piece. The self-basting spikes keep so much moisture inside the pot. Performs great in the oven for roasts or chicken and also one the stovetop for soups and chilis. Love the rich colors. Guests always ask where they can get a Staub piece.

Bought this originally for the color, but like all the features it has. One pot even cooking, self basting lid and oven safe. Another great Staub Cocotte made in France

This cocotte sits on our stove top and never gets put away because we use it every day. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. It has self-basting spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - nothing dries out and the food stays moist. I often pan fry burgers in the pan and the searing capability of the pan is amazing. Also the high walls prevent grease from getting on the stove top. Every kitchen needs a 5.5 Staub cocotte.

turquoise heaven

I really just love the size of this beautiful turquoise dutch oven! For my needs 4 qt is too small and the 7 is for bigger events. this has become a good size for weekly meals and weekend soups. It has a good height, deep enough that the lid doesn't touch the food so you get good use of those basting spikes.

More than Adequate Size/Nice Tropical Colour

Love the 5.5 quart size. Serves anywhere from 1-6 diners. The colour is quite unique. Li'l spikes 'neath lid keep condensed liquid moisturizing meal. Enameled inside and out for easy clean-up and maintaining it's original appearance.
