Works extremely well with our new induction cooktop. Excellent construction - heavy but not too heavy like cast iron so it’s ok to lift one-handed. We especially love the lid which is stainless rim and handle but glass mostly so you can see what’s happening inside.

Absolutely love this 1 quart pan. It’s the right size to make a can of soup for the wife and I. The pan is much heavier than I expected but that’s a good thing. I ran it through the dishwasher and it came out looking great. Some people may think that it’s too expensive but I think that it’s worth the money because I’m sure that it will last a long time.
I use it to make soup and other sauce type things. I think that in the future I might also get the 2quart pan.

I LOVE that this sauce pan pours out the ingredients without dripping down the side and getting all over my stove! Worth every penny!
