My parents used their knives and it continues with me today. The knives are a tool that stands the test of time. Had a chefs knife from 1988 which recently the handle broke. The knife was still in excellent condition however the handle makes it tough to use now. Zwilling replaced it with a similar knife and I couldn’t be happier. Zwilling is quality and a company that stands by their products. I’m a fan for life!
