Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knife in a cooking class, and I like it. The only thing I don’t like is that the handle is separate from the blade, which makes the transition not as smooth. But I don’t think it really affects the chopping. I’d get it again.

Finally done with college knives

My sisters got this chefs knife for me as a gift and a real knife makes such a difference. Probably the most versatile length, very excited to cook more with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always opted for the “budget” friendly knives as I always find a way to make things work for me in the kitchen. Finally I decided to venture outside of my comfort and invest in a tool that would level up my chef game. All I can say is that this knife is it! Very light and versatile, I use it for everything every single day. Buyer beware! Very sharp, so watch those fingers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is stamped made in Germany, many say made in China on blade. The knife is light, balanced and has a nice sharp edge. My older knives are from the professional series so I was hesitant at first to purchase this knife from the gourmet collection. Very pleased with the knife so far.
