[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Razor sharp out of the box. Very easy to wield because of the lightweight Build. It does have a suction problem though that causes thin slices of vegetables to stick

Best knife purchase

My mom used to be a chef and recommended this particular knife for me as my first “adult” kitchen purchase. It fits great in my hand and arrived quickly.
