Like butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this knife for the first time and I could tell the difference from my other, cheaper knives right away. It sliced vegetables and herbs nicely and easily. Unfortunately for me the sharpness of this nice meant I immediately cut my finger. Watch out!

Best knife I’ve ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first things I ever cut with this knife were salami and cabbage, and I had no idea it was even possible to slice either of those things so thin! It makes me want to keep cutting things and it adds so much joy to cooking.
