Like butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this knife for the first time and I could tell the difference from my other, cheaper knives right away. It sliced vegetables and herbs nicely and easily. Unfortunately for me the sharpness of this nice meant I immediately cut my finger. Watch out!

My go-to kitchen knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this chef knife for the past 17 years on daily basis. It's reasonably priced compared to other models. It has good weight, and makes cutting, slicing, and chopping a breeze. Unfortunately, it has passed it's prime, and I had to replace it with exactly the same knife last week. Hopefully, the new one will last for another 17 years.

Sharpest knife I’ve ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is so sharp… I have been using it for 3 months and it’s still just as sharp as when I bought it. It has a very nice weight to it. It might go without saying to be careful but I definitely underestimated just how sharp this was the first time I used it and ended up cutting my finger when wiping off the blade with a towel. VERY SHARP!

She bought me this one for Mother’s Day, and I’m excited to use it for our special family meals. I’m not as disciplined in caring for my knives as she is, so I’m grateful I can always take it in for a complimentary sharpening.
