Great knife for home cook

8 inch chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift from my chef daughter. She always tells me my other knives are dull, so when she comes to my house she can chop away with this awesome knife. I just sliced raw beets easily.

A Really Good Knife at a Fair Tariff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is stamped, not drop forged, but the steel is high carbon and it is made in Germany. It’s a really good chef’s knife and performs as well as my drop forged knives and at a great savings. It holds a edge actually longer than my drop forged Other German and high end Japanese blades. I like it. And, it’s also a good blade train my kids in food prep and honing with. Overall, I’m pretty happy and impressed.
