[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received Gourmet knife as a gift. I guess I had forgotten how useful a sharp can be. Am impressed with the ease of use and benefits. Am taking more of an advantage in preparing cut vegetables and fruit, as it is a pleasure now using this knife.
