This knife is better than before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a set of Zwilling gourmet knives for over 20 years that included a knife of this size. While the knife was very good it was too heavy for me. This recently purchased knife is as big as the old one, but much lighter. It’s also so sharp and precise.
