I know its early on, and I am possibly biased because I lived with the cheapest kitchen knives, but these knives are insanely nice. Super light, razor sharp. I am obsessed!

Love it, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knives and gorgeous knife block. However, I expected the knives to be a bit sharper. The set I have is on the low end which may explain that. Still, the knives are well crafted and nice to hold. I like the variety of knives that the 15 piece set comes with.
