Love theses knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are sharp and light making it great for chopping and handling... I’m no chef but I do enjoy the kitchen. I have no problem cutting tomorrow’s or slicing through thick cuts of meat. The light weight makes the blade flex a little and easier for me to handle when deboning. Would def buy again
