Such a great block set

I absolutely love this block set. The Zwilling Pro knives are amazing. The way the bolster is curved so you can actually hold your knife properly is a game changer! The knives are so durable, really well constructed, and will hold up for a long time thanks to the ice hardening process these knives go through to maintain lasting sharpness. This block set is beautiful with the rustic white wood grain; the black handles and light toned wood looks really nice together. I also like that the slots in the block are created specific for the Pro knives and how they fit perfectly in the block. I love the assortment, all knives I use and want in a set.

Great starter set

Great set to upgrade to. Four excellent Pro knives have all the benefits of the Pro line - high quality German steel and craftsmanship, angled bolster for a more comfortable pinch grip - and a beautiful knife block perfect for a country kitchen decor.
The 8-inch chef's knife is world class. With a solid grip and full tang construction, the weight of this knife is benefit when cutting large dense foods. The 5.5-inch prep knife balances it with its super fine edge. Great for more delicate work. Add the paring and the bread knives and everything is there for a complete gourmet meal.

Beautiful Rustic Modern Block Set!

I personally loved Pro knives handle, it feels better in my hand. This rustic white and yet modern block is what makes this set more beautiful. This block includes all essential knife a chef should have, spare your current steak knife set, there is a place for it..!
This is by far the best and the greatest wedding and housewarming gift idea but excellent investment for new kitchen knife set. We do have variety of individual knives to be added later on this block for those empty slots.
Its unique curved bolster supports the pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, great for safe cutting and less fatigue. This is easy sharpen knife forged from a single piece of Special Formula High-Carbon NO STAIN stainless steel, Ice-hardened FRIODUR blade, stays sharper longer, and has superior resilience.

This block has everything knife you need in a kitchen including the top three knives everyone should have - 8" chef, serrated and paring. Pro knives are made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime.The bolster is curved and perfect to hold with pinch grip. The knives are also ice hardened which translates to the blade starting sharp and staying sharper longer. I like that the block is a light color, it will blend into a lighter colored kitchen while keeping the traditional black handles.

Great essentials that it has empty slot so you can always add on to your cooking needs. The Pro line is fabulous, it has a heavy solid feel. The blades are sharp and easy to maintain. I wish the block was a solid white vs the rustic wood coming through.
