Practical and cost savings

Only thing to improve is the packaging inside - it feels dusty when we get them out.

Quality knives at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was overdue for a knife overhaul - I had been using the same ones from my college years (20+ years old)!and had bought individual knives to augment the set. These are sharp and strong - these are full tang knives with a comfortable grip, nice heft and are a joy to cook with. I am not a chef, but an avid home cook with decent knife skills and while I could have probably spent more money to get more status-y knives, these work perfectly for my needs.
My only complaint is that the Santoku knife wasn’t as sharp as I had expected but it is excellent at mincing vegetables.
I would recommend this to a friend!
