Perfect

Yes this is tiny - ramekin size but is perfect to toast herbs, melt butter, roast garlic and for the small batches of sauces and jams I make weekly! Clean up is a breeze and sturdy will last a left time.

Great little pot for the small tasks. Melting butter. Toasting a few nuts and seeds. Caramelizing sugar. Melting chocolate.
Or. A great way to make a statement at your next dinner. With a couple of these, surprise someone with an individual portion of a mac & cheese, lobster pot pie. Try it with desserts - cobblers, crumbles, or souffle.

Extended handle, beautiful mini cocotte!!!

This is my favorite color for mini cocottes, graphite and it comes with extended handle!!! Staub cocotte comes in variety of colors, they are all beautiful!
I am excited to see this with handle, great for French onion soup, single servings of hearty soups, savory stews and baking desserts. Perfect single serve for variety of dips, melting butter or browning minced garlic, desserts, bread, grains and decorative in your kitchen when not in used.
A great substitute for my fondue set. I've been asked if our fondue set cocotte will ever comes with the handle. It's good to know that this is available online and will be spreading words about it.
Its smooth glass enamel exterior is easy clean and perfect for use in the oven, compatible to all stove top including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen or outdoors over a campfire.
This cocotte's tight-fitting lid with a cool-touch stainless steel is interchangeable knob handle, an excellent heat distribution and retention. Comes with manufacturer's lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects. Requires no seasoning and ready to use and dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended.

Perfect for the small tasks

Nothing beats Staub cast iron! The beautiful, shiny exterior, durable enamalled inside that requires no extra care, plus the awesome heat properties cast iron naturally has, make it the perfect cooking vessel.
I love keeping this one on my stove all the time. It's perfect for melting butter or chocolate, or making a single serve dessert. Such a great size and easy to handle.

This is a nice size for serving individual melted butter for lobster, artichokes, or popcorn. Staub saucepans heat up quickly, and retain the heat which makes them good for individual servings of warm or melted dishes.

cool little sauce pot

I love this pot. The natural cast iron properties heat evenly and hold t for a lonemperatureg time. The enamel coating means no seasoning and its so easy to clean. The matte texture give great browning and easy release. The spikes on the underside of the lid help keep my sauces from drying out, redistributing moisture as it condenses.
I would recommend this to a friend!
