Cutting Like A Pro

Pro knives are a game changer when it comes to cutting. The unique bolster has me handling the knife like a professional for precision and effortless cutting. So glad the block has additional slots, so I can safely store the other Pro knives I want to add to my set.

If I could give this set 10 stars I would. I can't say enough good things. I took a knife skills class and was taught to hold the knife up on the blade. These knives make that so natural because of the curved bolster. They have a great weight and are super sharp. The knives in the block make sense as they are the ones I use the most. And the shears are really handy. I can't see myself ever buying another set.

These are hands down the most comfortable, sharp, easy to use knives you will ever find. I do a lot of meal prep at the beginning of the week and will spend an hour or so chopping vegetables. My wrist and arm are not fatigued at all. Knife is so omfortable and well balanced. This set gives you the most used and necessary knives for the kitchen. And happy I can add a few other styles to this slots with the slots available for them.

I bought my set almost 30 years ago I have loved them some now have some spots and some the tips broke. Trying to decide if I should buy another set. Mine do not have the visible screws on the handles. Not sure what to do

These are exactly how I expected them to be! Great starter set and I can pick out the remaining 4 slots with what I want. Beautiful and sharp. Knives I expect to have for many years to come. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I don’t know if they will stand the test of time! Only time will tell!!
