[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased these knives, but out of the box they are much sharper than our old (cheap) set. They have a good feel and are not too heavy. My wife was impressed with how little effort was required to slice up veggies for a salad. Haven't had them long enough to tell how well they hold an edge.

Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got these as a Christmas gift, but I've wanted them for a while. First use shows why these are some of the best knives on the market. I'm very excited to see how they handle over time, as other brands I've tried have failed within a few weeks of use.

Incredibly sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift. Super sharp and high quality (as you would expect, from this brand). Purchaser was surprised/overlooked that it’s not a full set to fill the block, but this 7 piece set is what we needed most! Very happy with them...slicing oranges for fresh OJ was like cutting through butter!
I would recommend this to a friend!
