Amazing knives!

The chefs knife has a great weight to it and where the handle meets the blade is super comfortable allowing for easy use. The prep knife makes dicing vegetables a breeze, while the pairing knife makes intricate cuts simple. The dark acacia wood block looks great on my countertop, and has extra spaces available so I can add to my knife set as i expand my skills in the kitchen. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic starter set
