Amazing balance and weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best knife set of you like to pinch grip your knifes from the blade. The sculpted metal in front of the handle makes this very comfortable and controlable. Please spend the extra money on the pro line.

Finally Have My Favorite Knives

I’ve always loved the Zwilling knife sets, and my partner got me a set for my birthday.

After spending an unnecessary amount of time reading online knife reviews talking about how I should buy a Japanese knife, I just went to a store to try a bunch of knives myself. I wanted something comfortable that was going to last me a long time and would hold up to more abuse than a harder knife.
These were the most comfortable, and fit exactly in that sweet spot for me.
I am not a professional, I want something versatile. These are sharp, durable, and tbh I think they look pretty good too.

Excellent knives for the home chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the 8 pc professional set and did not like the block because removing a knife was at a 75 degrees angle pulling up hitting my cabinet. I settled on this 7 pc professional set because the knife removal from block was at 45 degrees. I like the weight balance on the professionals and the cuts at spot on. I would recommend Zwilling professional knives to my friends and family. They also look beautiful on my countertop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife block openings are so close together it is hard to remove and replace the knives. We ended up keeping our old knife block.

The knives were ok but they fit into the block terribly. It looks like an amateur set. I returned it which ended up costing an additional amount. I would not recommend.

Consistent Quality

Always a quality knife. Got the 7-piece pro block set after owning a complete pro set for decades. The o my reason I take off a star is the size options - seems my go-to 6” chefs knife from almost 30 years ago just can’t be replicated. It’s perfection. While I like all the new ones I’ve invested in as well, they just don’t feel as comfortable - the handle is larger and shape is more awkward. Blades all feel a bit off too (I’ve literally tried all sizes and shapes over the years). This could just be habit and age, and a new user would never know what they’re missing because they are consistently satisfying products.

I bought my set almost 30 years ago I have loved them some now have some spots and some the tips broke. Trying to decide if I should buy another set. Mine do not have the visible screws on the handles. Not sure what to do

Wish there was more bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife set is great, don't get me wrong, but when you buy a set, I expect a full set. The set comes with the block and 6 tools. One of the tools is a pair of kitchen shears and a sharpening rod, so you only get 4 knives. The block holds 10 items and 6 steak knives. You have to buy the steak knives separately as well as the knives it didn't come with. Also there are slots for 6 steak knives. Steak knives are only sold in packs of 4, so you need to buy 2 packs in order to fill the slots. Just be aware if a budget plays into your purchase.
