I love the full tang handles and the sleek, smooth design. Right out of the box, I can tell how sharp and easily these knives will glide through whatever I’m cooking. I am thrilled to be adding these to my collection.

Craftsmanship of the cutlery is extraordinary - fine precision honed blades, well-fitted handles, and beautifully finished acacia knife block. The weight and balance of each knife provide a good "hand" feel that make the knives a pleasure to use. The kitchen shears are indispensable. This is an heirloom quality set built to last a lifetime. Best cutlery I've ever used!
