[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cutting with these knives, the handles are perfect they just adjust to your hands while chopping or cutting anything, maintaining them is easy no need to sharp them often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am changing back to zwilling after having globals for years. The German steel is heavier and less prone to chipping which is why I went back. I have a second set of zwilling knives as well and have had them over 10 years and they have not chipped and with proper maintainable work like new. I'm a big fan of the zwilling pro knives just based on ergonomics.
