Prefer to Vier Sterne and Classic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel of these knives. I have some Vier Sterne and Classic Zwilling knives, and I prefer the weight and look of the pros. They are heavier, and better balanced. I loved the Vier Sterne blades, but these are better.

Excellent knives for the home chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the 8 pc professional set and did not like the block because removing a knife was at a 75 degrees angle pulling up hitting my cabinet. I settled on this 7 pc professional set because the knife removal from block was at 45 degrees. I like the weight balance on the professionals and the cuts at spot on. I would recommend Zwilling professional knives to my friends and family. They also look beautiful on my countertop.
