I can't believe how quality these knives are. Our old knives cut like butter knives. These cut everything like it's butter. My wife doesn't know how we got along without them. My only gripe is that you can't order a 6-piece pro steak knife set, so that leaves 2 empty slots. I'll live.. I suppose.
