Feel like a real chef with these knives

I spent a good deal of time looking for the right base set of knives to upgrade and I am really glad I chose these. My previous knives were old, cheap, and poorly cared for. I didn't realize how much easier prep would be with a set of high quality, sharp knives. These are very comfortable to hold, they hold an edge well, and make me feel like a chef instead of just a casual home cook. Surprisingly, the highlight in this set is the 4" paring knife. I love the shape of the blade and use it multiple times/day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives move through everything like it's butter. Peppers? You bet! Carrots? Absolutely! They feel great and the weight is even between the blade and the handle. The bevel at the intersection is a very nice touch too.
